FLEXIBILITY GONE WILD, builds on our other programs to deliver ultimate engagement through a fuller range of motion. In this series you will work on flexibility, subtle strength and mobility as everything works together to increase flexibility at a healthy and safe pace. We will work on Dynamic stretching, active stretching along with passive stretching which offers the body a variety for that ever so longed-for balance between strength and flexibility. ~We will work on active stretching, where we hold a position without help using the strength of our agonist muscles taking us to the edge of our range of motion. ~We work on dynamic stretching, where we use our range of motion along with movement to stretch the body. ~We will work on passive stretching, where we adopt a yin style holding postures for a longer periods of time either with support or without support allowing gravity to do the work.
